About Perly Cundasamy

As Principal of PM Realty, Perly is a hands-on sales consultant who oversees the smooth operation of the agency. An experienced, respected agent, she delights in helping her clients realise their real estate aspirations, whatever they may be, achieving exceptional prices for her vendors and finding the perfect home for her buyers. Rather than a salesperson, Perly likes to think of herself as someone who facilitates each client’s important move onto the next stage of their life. She makes every transaction stress-free, rewarding and enjoyable, giving her clients peace of mind along the way. A proud local who loves the area, Perly knows its people and its property intimately, offering plenty of valuable market insight and the benefit of an extensive network. Being at the helm of her own agency allows her to provide a highly personal service and uphold the high standards of ethics, integrity and hard work for which she stands.
